Here is an engaging bit from a Pew Research Center. Survey participants were asked what was a stagnation rate as well as turn of a Dow in March.
Perhaps a 18% of consult participants which quoted a 16% stagnation rate were meditative of a U-6 magnitude of unemployment, which strike 15.6% in March.
